More Than Karate — Experience Its History and Spirit

At the very place where Chojun Miyagi, founder of Goju-ryu Karate, spent his later years and taught karate, visitors discover his history, philosophy, and spirit through historical exhibits, incense offering, strength stone lifting, martial arts weapons experiences, Japanese tea preparation, and more.

The cultural experience is guided by Toru Miyagi, Head of CHOJUNKAN and grandson of Chojun Miyagi.

Guests can also choose hands-on karate training with Toshiya Miyagi, Head of Goju-ryu Karate-do Miyagi Juku, with programs for both beginners and experienced practitioners.
